For awhile I have adopted some ideologies on love, that to be honest were never really mines. I however, adopted them because I thought that they may have been true. In my experience with love, I have noticed that there is usually more bad, then good and thatlove fades, but then I look at my big brother who looks at his wife with love and admiration and I envy that. I think love can be a cold-hearted bitch but I also think that love has its moments when it's incredible. So in memory of love, I give it my heart and I hope that whoever reads this will know that loving someone has got to be the best and hardest sacrifice but it also has got to be the best reward to have them love you in return.

I'm an office rebel without a cause

In my office, there's a sign above the coffee pot that says: "Drink a Cup? Make a New Pot!"
This sign is in place yo make sure that people who enjoy the office coffee take the time to make a new pot for those who want to enjoy a cup later-but without the hassle of brewing a new pot.
You know what I say to those people?
Suck it.
That's right. Because you know what I did the other day? I walked right into the break room and saw that there was exactly enough delicious coffee left in the pot for just one more cup. I took my mug, tossed in a couple of Nestle French Vanilla-flavored creamers, poured the rest of the pot into my mug-making sure to fill it to the brim and thus leave the coffee pot completely empty-and walk the hell outta there!
That's right. I didn't make a new pot of coffee. I didn't even consider it, and you want to know why?
'Cause I'm bad.
I'm the baddest, meanest, cruelest, foulest, dirtiest, trashiest, nastiest office employee to ever drink a cup of coffee and pound out four blog posts in an afternoon from the comfort of his cubicle.
Let me break it down: I didn't make a new pot of coffee for the next person from the office who'd want a cup.
Not only did I not make a new pot of coffee, I didn't even move the empty pot over to another burner.
That's right: I just left the empty pot there with the heat still on and not a single mother-loving drop of coffee at the bottom. Every last atom of coffee from the pot was now in my cup-along with my Nestle French Vanilla creamers-getting consumed by me at my desk.
That's what a sheer unadulterated rebel does, baby.And if yo can't stand the heat, then I suggest yo get out of the break room/kitchen.
I suggest you sip your coffee gingerly (when you finally make it your damn self, that is).
I suggest you back off this right here because this rebel doesn't need to have a cause.
'Cause I gotta cause! It's called: "I get in one morning and go get some coffee that some schmuck made, and then I don't make any more coffee for anyone else but just go sit at my desk and enjoy my coffee."
Boom! That's my cause!
So yeah, make your own coffee, and tell that pansy sign you got hanging up in the break room that nobody-nobody!-tells this slick, swaggering SOB when to make a new pot of coffee.

She's like the wind...

I was just saying last night to a dear friend, our generation is fading away. In this past year, we have lost so many influential people and artist. What exactly is their left from our past? The stores that we were force to go into Venures, Goldblatts, FAO Schwartz (loved the store) and so many others, well they are all fading away and are replaced with memories of what use to be. I feel like when I finally have kids, I am going to be telling them stories of my "Golden Years", WOW! That's going to be a sad moment of nostalgic playback, these were my comic books or 'I once owned a pair of penny loafers'. Where have the years gone? I don't want to get wrapped up in the future and completely become oblivious of the past. This blog is dedicated to all that came out of my decade, my generation, and my long lost memories. May they never ever rest in peace.
